Store Policy

  • We want you to love what you bring home. However, all returns, exchanges, and cancellations must be approved by Blackmarr’s.
     

    • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and cancellations.

    • Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by the store.

    • Items must be in new, unused condition for return consideration.

    • Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

    • Buyers are responsible for ensuring that furniture will fit through all entryways and staircases.

    • Blackmarr’s is not responsible for merchandise that doesn’t fit.

    • Merchandise picked up by the customer is transported at the buyer’s own risk.

    • All custom and special orders are final sale and require a non-refundable deposit.

    • No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.

    • Estimated delivery dates are subject to change based on manufacturer availability, production schedules, and transportation conditions.

    • Blackmarr’s is not liable for delays beyond its control.

  • We offer flexible delivery options throughout Sedona and beyond:

    • Sedona city limits: $45

    • Nearby delivery (within 10–15 miles): $99

    • Statewide delivery (Arizona): Starting at $250 — final fee determined by mileage
 Please note:

    • We cannot provide specific delivery times, only scheduled delivery days.

    • Our team cannot move, haul away, or rearrange existing furniture in your home.

    • Delivery includes drop-off and placement only.

    • Blackmarr’s offers no warranties beyond what is written on your sales order.

    • We will assist customers in submitting manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.

    • Mattresses do not come with a comfort guarantee.

    • Merchandise used for commercial purposes (including Airbnb, VRBO, hotels) voids all manufacturer warranties.

    • Clearance items are sold as-is, with no warranty, refund, or exchange.

    • Phone orders: A valid government-issued ID is required to complete any purchase made over the phone.
